In order to respond more effectively to the constraints of our business, ARCEL has been committed to a rigorous quality policy since 1996, year of our first ISO 9002 certification.
This same rigor on a daily basis enabled us to successfully renew our certification at each maturity date, and thus validate our commitment in December 2015 by the ISO 9001 certification, 2008 version.
